Well, the room had a bed to sleep in.
Knowing this is a 2-star budget hotel I wasn't expecting 5-star amenities but I expected a clean bed and quiet room to sleep in. I have stayed in the past in all types of hotels/motels rated from 1 to 7 stars and this one rates towards the bottom. The Place is dirty and you see this as soon as you walk into the elevator. The hallway carpet is old with big stains, room furniture is old and dilapidated, big stains on the chair in the room that I wouldn't even sit in it. Carpet smells like piss or something, bathroom is from the 70s and the breakfast is a joke. On top of that the room walls are thin and with noisy next door people I was barely able to sleep the night.

The total stay was good for 4 nights. I had a writing desk and a chair in the well-organised room. Enjoyed a clean bathroom. The location on the outlet was amazing and unbeatable.
Some people working there were not so helpful.

Absolutely nothing
The carpet was filthy in the halls, furniture in the room was old and looked very used. Chair had stains, didnt want to sit in it. Took a long time for hot water to come in . I left for an hour, came back and the door was locked again so I had to go down 3 floors in the elevator to have the card key swiped again. Air conditioning was not cool , especially with a 88 degree day, maintenance was called and he said it would cool down in a few hours, and this was after I had been there for 3 hours. Room never got cool until the following morning at checkout. I had to ask for my receipt.breakfast was terrible also. I will never stay there again.

The hotel's location is amazing! It's super close to cool places to visit and also convenient if you need to go to Detroit for work. Plus, it's really easy to hop on and off the freeway to get to work or Midtown. 🚗

Nothing!
This is a not a guest note., it is a use to be hotel, now rented to vagrants, prostitutes, and almost homeless people on a daily basis. I was totally deceived by the online advertisement!

I.hated my stay. I was suppose to stay for 2 nights but once i checked in it was shocking how dirty everything was. So i ended up leaving the next morning losing my money. I have to say my worst stay.
Bathrooms were dirty, hallway leading to the room was filthy dirty. As soon as the elevator opened to our floor the mirror was really dirty. In the rooms the.lamp shades were all cracked up and broken.

They were very generous with the coffee. The rooms were clean, overall a good experience.
The elevator with fairly dirtyand hallways needed some maintenance. They had water savers on so you didn't get much water in the shower.
